MLE Mapping & Gap Analysis
Develop a framework for conducting a situational analysis documenting key issues, actors and activities shaping the context for ethnolinguistic communities and MLE in the region.
- This analysis should include mapping of language and education policies and practice in the region, language use, as well as comparative information on how ethnolinquistic minorities are progressing on education and development indicators vis-a-vis majority language counterparts.
- This analysis should also incorporate activity mapping to identify what interventions are presently going on in the area of MLE, which actors are involved and what are the results/effects. What research and resources are out there, that could support the case for MLE
